Deposits

There is a $300 non-refundable deposit to hold a puppy. You may place a deposit on our website. If you see a litter or puppy available, it is really available and you can secure your spot with a deposit. Customers with deposits will select their puppy on a first-in first-out basis in order of deposit. We do not take deposits based on the gender or color of the puppy. Deposits are not refundable but are transferable. Please make sure you are committed before making your deposit. If for some reason, you cannot take a puppy when the litter is available, or would like to select a puppy from a different litter, you may transfer the deposit to an alternate litter. When moving from one litter to another, you will be placed at the end of the list for the litter you move to.

Our Process

• We do not require a phone call with our prospective buyers prior to you placing a deposit.
• We take 4-6 deposits on upcoming litters. We do reserve the right to claim the pick of a litter as a Breeder's pick at any time.
• Deposits are not refundable. If for some reason you are unable to take a puppy, or the puppies that are left when it is your turn to select are not to the color or gender of your liking, you may opt to roll your deposit to a future litter.
• You will be notified by email after the puppies for the litter you've selected are born. The email will contain a photo and general information about the puppies, as well as puppy selection and pick-up dates.
• Each Monday, we will post a short video of the litter, so you can watch the litter as it grows
• At 6 weeks, individual photos and videos of the puppies will be posted on the website.
• At selection time, we will conduct a phone call with you. We feel that a phone interview gives us all the information we need to make an assessment and get to know our buyers first-hand. It doesn't happen very often, but on occasion we have refused to sell one of our puppies to a prospective buyer.
• Until further notice, all selections are being made using the posted pictures and videos.
• Puppies go home at 8 weeks. You will have a scheduled time to pick your puppy. Contracts are signed prior to puppy take-home.

Balance Payments

Balance payment is due at puppy pickup. You will receive our contract and a link to pay with a credit card after the puppy photos and videos have been posted. There is a 3.5% fee to pay with a credit card. You may pay with no fee with Venmo, Zelle, Cash or Check.

Two-Year Health Guarantee

We are proud of our solid reputation for healthy, happy puppies. All of our parent dogs are OFA certified and Genetically certified. We are so confident in the lineage of our puppies that we offer a Two-Year Genetic Health Guarantee. If your puppy is found to have life-threatening, crippling, and/or disabling congenital (genetic) health defects, we'll replace your puppy free of charge.

Puppy Shipping

You are welcome to fly in to get your puppy. Your puppy can fly safely with you under your seat. We also have a Flight Nanny and Ground Transport options available. We will consider shipping via cargo if necessary, but only as a last resort. Please contact us for more details.

Puppy Training

We offer a 3-week service to train your puppy on potty training, basic commands, crate familiarization, leash walking and other useful general behaviors.

What Comes With My Puppy?

You can rest assured you are getting a healthy well-rounded puppy. We start when they are born with early stimulation. All of our babies come from health-tested parents and lines. We also include the following:

• Health care for your puppy by our licensed vet before your puppy goes home
• A new puppy goodie bag filled with toys
• Collar and Leash
• A Lifetime of guidance and advice when warranted for you and your new Mini Aussiedoodle or Mini Bordoodle puppy.
• Help with finding obedience classes offered in your area, and if you are local to us in the NOVA area we are happy to suggest the best vets for your baby.
